Dead Last Cocktail
Despite the name, we definitely think this rum sour riff is a winning drink!
Ingredients:

¼ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 1 oz Jamaican rum (Smith & Cross recommended)
- ½ oz Cappelletti aperitivo (or Aperol)
- ½ oz Apricot Liqueur

¾ oz lime juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- garnish with a lime wheel
