Dead Last Cocktail

 

Despite the name, we definitely think this rum sour riff is a winning drink! 

Ingredients:

  • ¼ oz Classic Gum Syrup
  • 1 oz Jamaican rum (Smith & Cross recommended)
  • ½ oz Cappelletti aperitivo (or Aperol)
  • ½ oz Apricot Liqueur
  • ¾ oz lime juice

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled coupe glass
  • garnish with a lime wheel
