Non-Alc Blood Orange Sparkler

Made by Abbie Romanul at Raising the Bar, this blood orange sparkler is a little bit tart, a little bit sweet, and the perfect antidote to dreary winter days.

 

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Blood Orange Cordial
• 1 oz sparkling apple water
• ½ oz fresh lime juice
• 3 oz club soda

Instructions:

• Fill a tumbler glass with ice
  
• Add Blood Orange Cordial and lime juice, and then stir to combine
• Top with sparkling apple water and club soda

Glass:

• rocks glass
  

Garnish:

• ½ slice of blood orange
