Garden Sour

A fresh and vegetal mezcal sour. 

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• 1 ½ oz mezcal
  
• ¾ oz rhubarb liqueur (Giffard Rhubarbere recommended)
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• 2 dashes celery bitters
• 2 oz club soda

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and short shake for 5 seconds
• Strain into a chilled highball glass over fresh ice
• Top with club soda

• rhubarb stock
