Gordon's Cup
This delicious garden cocktail is sure to find its way into your rotation in the Spring and Summer months. The cooling cucumber pairs perfectly with an overproof gin, while salt, sugar and lime juice accent brilliantly. Pepper gives the cocktail a great spice base!
Ingredients:

¾ oz Classic Gum Syrup

2 oz overproof gin
- ¾ oz lime juice
- 2-3 cucumber slices
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
Instructions:
- Add gum syrup and cucumber slices to a cocktail shaker
- Muddle cucumber for 10-15 seconds
- Add other ingredients to shaker
- Add 2-3 cubes of ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice
- Garnish with cucumber slices
