A gorgeous cocktail that's the perfect introduction to aquavit.  An excellent choice in the Spring or Summer!

Ingredients:

• ½oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
• 1 ½ oz aquavit
• ½ oz Aperol
• ¾ oz lemon juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
• Strain int a chilled coupe 
• Garnish with 3-5 mint leaves
