An update to Hemingway's absinthe and champagne killer cocktail. 

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
• ¾ oz absinthe
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• chilled dry sparkling wine

Instructions:

• Combine syrup, absinth, and bitters in a coupe or champagne glass
• Stir as you top with sparkling wine
