Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
  • 1 ½ oz mezcal
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz amaro (Sfumato Rabarbaro recommended)

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  • Add cubed ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
  • Strain into a salt rimmed rocks glass filled with cubed ice.
