Rio Breeze

An elegant, modern highball that's sure to be a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial
• 1½ oz vodka
• ½ oz elderflower liqueur
• ½ oz lemon juice
• 3 oz club soda
  

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients except soda to a shaker tin filled with ice
• Short shake, about 5 seconds
• Strain into a chilled highball filled with ice
• Top with soda and stir.
