This simple highball delivers dessert-like anise and almond flavors in a refreshing, relatively dry build.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
• 1 ½ oz vodka
• ½ oz lemon juice
• 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  
• 4 oz club soda
  

Instructions:

• Build in a highball filled with ice
  
• Stir
