Sweater Weather

Baking spice and apple is a hallmark duo that's perfect for fall weather. Here, orgeat syrup joins the mix alongside high-character aged rum and apple brandy to push up the toasted nut and apple-spice flavors.

• ½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
• 1½ oz demerara rum
  
• ½ oz apple brandy
  
• ¼ oz allspice dram
  
• 1 oz fresh apple juice
• ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  
• 4-6 dashes tiki bitters

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a rocks glass and top with ice
