Fig Jam

Balsamic vinegar adds a rich, aged flavor to this rye whiskey cocktail.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Caramelized Fig Syrup
• 2 oz rye whiskey
• ½ oz orange liqueur
  
• 2-3 dashes orange bitters
• bar spoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions:

• Add all to a mixing glass filled with ice
• Stir for 20 seconds and strain over ice into a glass
