Dew of Spring

Light, crisp, and fruity without being too sweet. 

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Texas Grapefruit Shrub
• barspoon Classic Gum Syrup
• 1 oz vodka
• 3-4 oz chilled sparkling wine
• sprig of rosemary

Instructions:

• Combine shrub, syrup, and vodka to a champagne flute and stir
• Express the rosemary and add it to the glass
• Top with the sparkling wine and stir

Glass:

• champagne flute

Garnish:

• rosemary sprig
