Agave Club

A mix between a Margarita and Pegu Club, this refreshing cocktail uses a white wine syrup as the sweetener. 

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Grüner Veltliner Syrup
• ½ oz lime juice
• 2 oz tequila reposado 
• 1 dash orange bitters

Instructions:

• To make the Grüner Veltliner syrup, combine equal parts wine and Classic Gum Syrup
• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker 
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled glass

Glass:

• champagne coupe

Garnish:

• Orange twist
