de Vil's Smokey Eye

A customer original by Jared D. made for our "Cruella" cocktail competition. This drink is smokey, sweet, tart, and salty--a perfect representation of the complexity that is Cruella and a sipper that's just as fashionable in the cool, cozy months as it is refreshing in the heat of summer.

We loved this cocktail, and we think you will too.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
• ¼ oz Blood Orange Cordial
• 1 oz mezcal
  
• ½ oz Cynar
• ½ oz Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur
• ¾ oz lime juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled coupe glass
