Maiden's Blush No. 2

A dry and gin forward sour using subtle hints of absinthe and raspberry.

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
• 1 ½ oz Old Tom gin
• ½ oz lemon
• barspoon of blanche absinthe

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
• Strain into a chilled coupe

Glass:

Garnish:

• raspberry and lemon twist
