Artichoke Hold
Another new modern classic. Almond orgeat, Jamaican rum and Cynar is a winning three-piece in Jeremy Oertel's Artichoke Hold. Floral elderflower is the surprising binding agent.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
- ¾ oz Jamaican rum
- ¾ oz Cynar

½ oz elderflower liqueur

¾ oz fresh lime juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add a ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with fresh mint
