DT Sloe

Portland, ME knows fine food and drink, and Hunt + Alpine are some of the best mixologists in that old port waterfront! The DT Sloe cocktail showcases how well the sugarcane salinity of rhum agricole works alongside sloe gin's herbaceousness.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• 1 ½ oz rhum agricole
  
• 1 oz sloe gin
• ½ oz lime juice
  
• 3 dashes Peychaud's

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
• Strain into a chilled rocks glass
