Dublin Heights

Transition your highball to the cooler months with warming whiskey, baking spice, and roasted almonds.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
• 1 ½ oz Irish whiskey
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• ½ oz St George Spiced Pear Liqueur 
• club soda
  

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients except soda to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake for about 5 seconds
• Strain over ice into a highball glass
• Top with soda water and stir

Garnish:

• lemon wheel and cinnamon stick
