Ingredients:

Instructions:

  • Muddle 2-3 basil leaves with gum syrup in a julep cup
  • Fill with crushed ice and add gin
  • Stir until cold and frosty, then top with more crushed ice
  • Smack a basil sprig between your hands to express its oils, then garnish
