Kona Park Swizzle
A rummy warm-weather sipper with fresh mint and Pineapple Gum Syrup.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
- 2 oz rum
- ¾ oz lime juice
- 7-9 mint leaves
- 6 dashes aromatic bitters
Instructions:
- Muddle mint and syrup in a highball glass
- Add rum, lime and crushed ice
- Swizzle with crushed ice for 15 seconds
- Refill with crushed ice and top with bitters
