Non-Alc Manta Ray
Mocktail made by @zeroprooflove inspired by @garretjrichard modern tropical cocktail. There are a lot of ingredients but they all come together in a harmonious way. Don’t skip the grated cinnamon & cinnamon stick garnish…it really adds another delicious dimension to the drink!
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Fiery Ginger Syrup
- 1 oz rum alternative
- 1 oz gin alternative
- ¾ oz cream of coconut
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ½ oz peach juice
- 1 tsp honey syrup
- 2 dashes tiki bitters
- 4-6 mint leaves
Instructions:
- Gently muddle the mint and add to a chilled glass
- Blend remaining ingredients with about a cup of crushed ice until smooth
- Pour into glass

- grated cinnamon
- cinnamon stick
- sprig of mint
- dehydrated lime slice (optional)
