From the minds at Subtle Tiki, we adapted this Saturn riff around our Raspberry Gum Syrup. Citrus forward and a well balanced.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
• ¼ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
  
• 1 ½ oz gin
  
• ¼ oz orange liqueur
  
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled rocks coupe

• rosemary and lemon
