  • ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
  • 1 ½ oz mezcal
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz amaro (Sfumato Rabarbaro recommended)


  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  • Add  ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled rocks glass with slated rim
  • Garnish with a grapefruit twist
