Saz Saz Gabor

Inspired by the classicSazerac, this Liber original uses Peychaud's Bitters to create a surprisingly bright and tasty cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz Classic Gum Syrup
  • ½ oz Peychaud's Bitters
  • 1 oz Rye
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ¼ oz absinthe

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin 
  • Add ice and shake until chilled
  • Strain over crushed ice into a chilled glass

Glass:

  • Highball

Garnish:

  • Lemon wheel
