Toasted Coconut Pisco Sour
A great and easy twist on the classic Pisco Sour. The version's hallmark flavor arises from the irresistible combination of toasted coconut, fresh lime, and un-aged grape brandy.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
- 1 ½ oz pisco
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ½ oz egg white
- 3 drops aromatic bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except bitters to a cocktail shaker
- Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chiled coupe and garnish with bitters
