Washington's Mule
An autumnal and all-American version of the Moscow Mule.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
- 2 oz apple brandy
- ¾ oz lime juice
- 3 dashes aromatic bitters
- soda water
Instructions:
- Combine syrup, brandy, lime juice, and bitters with ice in a cocktail shaker for a short shake.
- Strain over ice into a highball glass.
- Top with soda water and stir.
