This take on a Moscow mule was inspired by the glowing blue adult beverage called “Spotchka,” featured in The Mandalorian series. The fiery ginger syrup from Liber & Co. gives the drink a nice kick of heat that might even fire up your jet pack! Cocktail by @tiptoeingthrujuleps.

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
  • 2 oz Blue curaçao
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • ½ tsp blue spirulina powder, for color (optional)

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice
  • Shake for 10 seconds
  • Strain into a mug over ice
