Boots of Spanish Leather

Real Grenadine and cranberries bring the Sherry Cobbler into Fall.

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• ½ oz Real Grenadine
• 3 ½ oz sherry
• 2 slices of lemon
• 6 cranberries

Instructions:

• Muddle citrus slices, cranberries, and syrups in a mixing tin 
• Add sherry and ice and shake until chilled
• Strain over crushed ice into a highball glass

Glass:

• Highball

Garnish:

• Pear slices
• Cranberries
