Whitewalker

Who knew that Westeros had a tiki bar! This brightened-up zombie riff is just as delicious and easy to drink as the original. 

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
• 1½ oz aged rum
• ½ oz white rum
• ¾ oz cinnamon syrup
• ¾ oz lime

Instructions:

• Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake until chilled
• Strain over crushed ice into a chilled glass

Glass:

• Pilsner, highball, or tiki mug

Garnish:

• mint and optional umbrella
