Non-Alc Wild Blackberry Lavender Bramble
In this beautiful bramble the bright flavors of lemon and blackberry blend perfectly with the bitter orange and citrus of the Wilderton Lustre. And you'll get all the lavender coming through in both the cordial and botanical! Made by our friend @zeroproofgirl
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Lemon Lavender Cordial
- 2 oz gin alternative (Wilderton Lustre recommended)
- elderflower tonic water
- 5-7 blackberries
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, except tonic water, and muddle for 15 seconds
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a glass over ice and top with elderflower tonic water
