  • ½ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
  • 1 ½ oz vodka
  • ¾ oz lime juice

  • ½ bergamot liqueur
  • 2 dashes celery bitters
  • 2 oz Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic


  • Add all ingredients except tonic to a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
  • Strain into a highball glass over ice
  • Top with tonic and stir
