This swizzle was created by Subtle Tiki, and pairs mezcal with rum, along with the wonderful tropical flavors of pineapple and falernum.
- ½ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
1 ½ oz rum
- ½ oz mezcal
- ¼ oz velvet falernum
- ¾ oz lime juice
- aromatic bitters
- Add all ingredients to a glass and fill with crushed ice ⅔ of the way up
- Swizzle together, top with ice, and add bitters.
