A fan favorite at Death & Co. The spice of a good quality rye whiskey and the real-ginger burn of our Fiery Ginger Syrup are an excellent match in this easy highball.

Ingredients:

  • ¼ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
  • ½ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
  • 2 oz rye whiskey
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • 3 oz club soda
  • fresh mint

    Instructions:

    • Muddle mint and syrups in a shaker tin
    • Add ice, remaining ingredients except club soda and shake hard for 20 seconds
    • Double strain into a highball filled with ice - top with club soda
