This gorgeous highball is a testament to how a lot of complex flavors can be perfectly balanced into a refreshing, easy-drinking long drink.

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Real Grenadine
  • 1 ½ oz light rum
  • ¾ oz pomegranate green tea
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • barspoon Asian pear shrub
  • 3 oz club soda

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients except club soda to a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and shake hard for 5 seconds (short shake)
  • Strain into a chilled highball filled with ice and top with soda
