Aku Aku
A tiki favorite that's long been a secret recipe from a secret island...
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
- 1 ½ oz aged rum
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- ¾ oz lime juice

½ oz peach liqueur
- mint
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with fresh mint
