Created by Louis Eppinger in the 1880's, the Bamboo is a low proof, spirit forward classic cocktail. This Death and Co. version of the recipe includes syrup to add body to this traditionally thin cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • 1 barspoon Demerara Gum Syrup
  • 1 ½ oz blanc vermouth
  • 1 ½ oz fino sherry
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • 1 dash angostura bitters

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
  • Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe
