Champagne Daiquiri

Because everything is better with Champagne.

Ingredients

• ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• 1 ½ oz light rum
• ¾ oz lime juice
• 2 oz champagne

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients except bubbles to a cocktail shaker
2. Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
4. Top with sparkling wine
