Champagne Daiquiri
Because everything is better with Champagne.
Ingredients
- ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 1 ½ oz light rum
- ¾ oz lime juice
- 2 oz champagne
Instructions
- Add all ingredients, except champagne, to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass
- Top with sparkling wine and garnish with mint
