Coffey Park Swizzle
A riff on the classic queen park swizzle, with a ginger-y twist and the addition of sherry.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
- ¾ oz lime juice
- 1 oz amontillado sherry
- 1 oz aged rum
- ¼ oz falernum
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions:
- Build all ingredients in glass
- Add crushed ice and swizzle until frosty
- Top with more ice if necessary and garnish
