The Devil Inside is the perfect cocktail for whiskey fans, and for Scotch fans in particular.  This is an assertively flavored drink for those Steakhouse nights!

 

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
  • 1 ½ oz rye whiskey
  • ½ oz single malt scotch whisky
  • 2 dashes absinthe
  • 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • barspoon peaty scotch

Instructions:

  • Rinse a chilled rocks glass with peaty scotch
  • Add remaining ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
  • Stir 20 seconds and strain into the rinsed glass
  • Express a lemon peel and garnish
