Elderflower Highball
Demerara's rich, raw sugar flavor wonderfully balances the light, floral taste of elderflower liqueur.
Ingredients:
- ¼ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
- 1½ oz bourbon
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ¾ oz elderflower liqueur
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients with ice in a shaker tin
- Shake for 10 seconds
- Strain into an ice filled glass
