Espresso Martini
The Espresso Martini was born in the 1980s, when vodka was booming as hard as the bass at a George Michael concert. This cocktail saw a resurgence in 2021, and the flavor combinations here are nearly irresistible to any fan of coffee and chocolate.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup

2 oz vodka
- ¾ oz coffee liqueur (we like Mr. Black)
- ¼ oz creme de cacao (we like Tempus Fugit)
- 1 oz brewed espresso
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with coffee beans
