Swedish 60

A riff on the French 75, substituting aquavit and lime for the usual gin and lemon. Crisp and unique!

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• 1 ½ oz aquavit
• ½ oz lime juice
  
• 3 oz sparkling wine

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients except wine to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 5 seconds
• Strain into a chilled coupe and top with bubbles
