Feeling Without Touching Paloma
Orgeat is a lovely accent to bitter citrus flavors. Cure in New Orleans took this drink to another level with a smidgen of arak alongside the expected tequila. This was a bestseller for the bar.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
- ¼ oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial
- 1 oz tequila
- ½ oz Campari
- ¼ oz arak (Kafroun preferred)
- ¾ oz lime juice
- 1 oz club soda
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled highball
- Garnish with a lemon twist
