All Gold Everything

Trade your victualed orange liqueur for banana with this lovely Mai Tai riff.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
• 1 ½ oz bourbon
• ½ oz Giffard Banane du Bresil
  

• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  

• scant dash turmeric

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled rocks glass
  

Glass:

• rocks

Garnish:

• expressed lemon peel
