Derby Smash

Bourbon and grapefruit are a match made in porch drinking heaven. 

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial
• 2 oz bourbon
• ½ oz cinnamon syrup
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• mint

Instructions:

• Muddle mint and syrup in a cocktail tin
• Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Fine strain into an ice filled glass

• Fresh mint sprig
