Devil Inside
The Devil Inside is the perfect cocktail for whiskey fans, and for Scotch fans in particular. This is an assertively flavored drink for those Steakhouse nights!
Ingredients:

½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
- 1 ½ oz rye whiskey
- ½ oz single malt scotch whisky
- 2 dashes absinthe
- 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- barspoon peaty scotch
Instructions:
- Rinse a chilled rocks glass with peaty scotch
- Add remaining ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
- Stir 20 seconds and strain into the rinsed glass
- Express a lemon peel and garnish
