Green Eyes Gin
This delicious gin sour comes from one of our favorite bars in Maine, Alpine and Hunt. Already full of herbal notes from the Chartreuse, this is a great cocktail to experiment with different gins and their botanical flavors.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 1½ oz gin
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ¾ oz Green Chartreuse

½ oz egg white
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Shake for a few seconds to break up the egg white
- Add ice and shake until chilled
- Strain over rocks into a chilled glass
