Opposites Attract

This whiskey smash is a study in contrasts - Irish whiskey's honey and vanilla notes  matches with bright citrus, while fresh, cooling mint meets spicy, green chile. 

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• 1½ oz Irish whiskey
• ½ oz Ancho Reyes Verde
• ¾ oz lime juice
• 4-6 fresh mint leaves

Instructions:

• Muddle mint and syrup in a cocktail tin
• Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Fine strain into an ice filled glass

• Fresh mint sprig and lime wedge
