Once Over #2

From Ryan Gannon at Cure in New Orleans. Frozen with agave isn't a common mashup, but a lengthy pour of low proof Aperol tames this frigid sipper and makes it ideal for a blistering summer day.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
• 1 ½ oz Aperol
• ½ oz tequila
  
• ¾ oz lime juice
• ¼ mezcal
  

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients except mezcal to a blender with 1 cup of ice
• Blend until smooth
  
• Pour into a rocks glass and float mezcal
