Rio Cobbler

The sherry cobbler was once the most popular drink in America. We've given it a twist with our Texas Grapefruit Shrub

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Texas Grapefruit Shrub
• 4 oz dry sherry
• 2-3 dashes maraschino liqueur (optional)

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
• Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Pour unstrained into a highball glass
